The position is attached to the Département de médecine communautaire et de premier recours (DMCPR). This department combines a societal mission aimed at enabling access to care for all and an academic mission aimed at providing pre- and post-graduate teaching and research in primary care medicine. The service de médecine de premier recours (SMPR) ensures outpatient care for adult patients in primary care medicine. This service also offers outpatient emergency medicine services to the population. As part of the HUG's missions of general interest, it offers access to care for disadvantaged populations due to their age, social, economic, or legal status (asylum seekers, those facing non-entry into proceedings, undocumented migrants, prisoners), or their lifestyle; if necessary, the service de médecine de premier recours also ensures the continuity of their care. The unité d'éducation thérapeutique du patient provides diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients suffering from obesity, diabetes, eating disorders, and associated pathologies. Following a biopsychosocial approach, the multidisciplinary team places the patient at the center of their care pathway. Patient therapeutic education (ETP) is a model of education and support for people living with a chronic illness, based on partnership with the patient and their loved ones, and aims to strengthen their health skills, motivation, and quality of life. The SMPR is not recognized by the ISFM for postgraduate training in psychotherapy. More info on HUG Job description ## We are looking for a psychologist specialized in psychotherapy. Your mission is to conduct evaluations, provide psychotherapeutic and pedagogical care, and provide therapeutic teaching. Recognition of the patient's lived experience is the cornerstone of ETP, and your follow-ups must be part of a personalized and interdisciplinary approach with varied pedagogical methods, the aim of which is to promote the acquisition of self-care skills and adaptation to the illness. You lead group activities (sharing groups, courses) related to the mentioned pathologies within a multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and art therapists. Profile description ## You hold a Master's degree from a Swiss university in psychology or an equivalent degree and a federal psychotherapist title or are currently undergoing postgraduate specialization in psychotherapy. You have excellent knowledge of the French language (minimum C1 level) and real motivation for teamwork and networking. You know how to deal with stress with good abilities to work in a multidisciplinary team. You are motivated and committed in your professional activities and know how to demonstrate good adaptability skills in the face of various follow-ups. You have knowledge, interest, and successful experience in the field of eating disorders, and more particularly in the field of obesity. A specialization in cognitive-behavioral or systemic therapy, and training in hypnosis are assets.
