Your tasks

• Family-centered counseling of pregnant women and mothers regarding the topic of breastfeeding and newborn nutrition in the Frauenklinik and the Kinderspital
• Independent and structured daily organization both in outpatient consultations and in the inpatient setting, including patient documentation and conducting the nursing process
• Providing internal continuing education and training and leading case discussions on the topic of breastfeeding, lactation, infant nutrition, and aids
• Coaching of employees on the wards
• Close cooperation as well as regular, structured exchange with the specialist experts of the Frauenklinik and the Kinderspital as well as with the working group on breastfeeding
• Co-shaping guidelines on the topic of breastfeeding, lactation, infant nutrition, and breastfeeding aids

Your profile

• Training as a midwife or nursing specialist FH / HF with the certificate Breastfeeding and Lactation Consultant IBCLC or BSS
• Professional experience in an acute hospital in the postpartum area
• Strong organizational and communicative skills
• Joy, commitment, and participation in multi-professional cooperation
