Our social service ensures the interface between patients, their entourage and the intra or extra-hospital therapeutic team Your missions • Participate in the organization of the patients' discharge project in a multidisciplinary approach • Evaluate the psycho-social situation of patients and implement the necessary interventions • Promote collaboration with the cantonal and extra-cantonal socio-sanitary network Your profile • Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in Social Work with an orientation in Social Service or an equivalent title • Hospital experience and/or knowledge of the Neuchâtel health network, an asset • Good legal notions and social insurance knowledge • Mastery of standard IT tools (MS office) Your skills • Interpersonal ease and communication skills • Ability to work autonomously, in a multidisciplinary team and in a network • Flexibility, good adaptability and reactivity • Resistance to stress and pressure • Critical thinking, capacity for rapid analysis and synthesis Additional information • Place of work: Pourtalès site + mobility to other sites (Chaux de Fonds, Le Locle, and Val-de-Ruz) • Start date: from 1.10.2026 or as agreed in an open-ended contract • Information: Madame Gloria Medina Bernal, Head of social service, +41 79 559 50 29
