The Regional Employment Center (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive consulting for job seekers, employers, and other authorities. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with the measures of unemployment insurance. Rapid and permanent job placement is the top priority. We are looking for a Personalberater/in IIZ Sargans (m/w/d) as of November 1, 2026, or by agreement Employment rate: 80-100% Workplace: Sargans What you can expect • Advising and placing job seekers with and without multiple problems • Coordinating between unemployment insurance, other social insurances, and social welfare within the framework of inter-institutional cooperation (IIZ) • Conducting and documenting consultation conversations • Developing and agreeing on suitable reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers • Collaborating with internal departments (logistics labor market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.) • Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuse • Completing all administrative tasks related to the activities What distinguishes you • Basic commercial training or vocational training with commercial further education • Federal certificate as an HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to take up further training as an HR specialist (field B) • Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close connection to social insurance • Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with different conversation partners from various social and cultural circles • Flexibility and willingness to work possible shifts at the RAV locations Heerbrugg and Rapperswil What we offer • High independence and personal responsibility after professional training • Various working time models • Workplaces within walking distance to the train stations of the respective RAV locations • Discounted Ostwind company subscription • Modern infrastructure (single office) Ready for the next step?
