Job Description ##

• Technical support and consultation for customers on-site
• Commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of mobile technical systems
• Carrying out fault analyses and resolving technical problems
• Support with installations and dismantling
• Carrying out service and maintenance work
• Instruction and support of customers in the operation of the systems
• Independent organization and coordination of assignments in the assigned area
• Documentation of the work performed
• Close cooperation with the internal service, dispatch, and other specialist departments
• Ensuring high quality and safety standards

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed technical or manual training, for example as a heating installer, electrical installer, mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or comparable
• Professional experience in technical service or field service is an advantage
• Enjoyment of practical and varied technical tasks
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good communication skills and professional appearance
• Driver's license category B
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for regular assignments at customers and on construction sites
