Your main tasks Ensuring smooth, optimal operation of all technical systems Monitoring, coordination, control, and optimization of maintenance, servicing, and repair work Contact person for tenants, owners, contractors, and suppliers Medium-term takeover of the overall technical care (incl. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) of the part of the Liebrüti development managed by us Leadership and deployment planning of currently four employees Collaboration on technical projects and support for the management of the entire real estate portfolio in Northern Switzerland Administrative tasks Your profile Completed basic technical or manual training Training as a facility manager or maintenance specialist with federal diploma (eidg.
