Sales Assistant Internal Sales (70-100%)

Work location: Lachen SZ Start date: October 2026 or by arrangement NOVOPOS AG, based in Lachen SZ, distributes cash register and POS systems as well as peripheral devices for the Point of Sale and Point of Information. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and customer-oriented personality for our internal sales and back office. Your tasks In this versatile role, you will support our sales and service team in the areas of administration, order processing, and customer care. Your main tasks include: • Receiving and forwarding telephone calls • Recording and processing customer orders • Processing supplier orders and incoming goods • Telephone customer advisory and customer care • Checking supplier invoices • Supporting sales administration • Assisting with general administrative tasks • Deputizing and holiday cover in the warehouse area Your profile For this responsible activity, you ideally bring the following: • Commercial or comparable basic training • Experience in internal sales or customer care • Technical understanding of PC, printers, and hardware • Good organizational skills and flexibility • Enjoyment of customer contact and administrative tasks • Good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 • Very good German skills as well as good English skills • French and/or Italian is an advantage • Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working We offer • Modern working environment with the latest Microsoft 365 applications and the current ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Interesting and varied activity • Small, motivated, and collegial team • High level of personal responsibility • Short decision-making paths • Long-term perspective in an established company Interested?
