You are responsible for complex product and service categories in the field of IT and network infrastructure, as well as in related business sectors. In collaboration with specialized departments, you develop and implement strategies for these categories, conduct tenders as well as price and contractual negotiations, and guarantee a sustainable and reliable supply. In this way, you contribute to the implementation of a modern and future-oriented procurement system by effectively providing your expertise. Within a motivated team, you work autonomously, learn continuously, and advance our procurement strategy.

• You are responsible for product and/or service categories in the field of IT and network infrastructure, as well as in related business sectors.
• You conduct tenders as well as price and contractual negotiations, and you guarantee a reliable and sustainable supply
• You establish and develop strategic relationships with suppliers
• You work in close collaboration with internal specialized departments and you advance innovation and cost optimization
• Flexible working conditions, short decision-making processes as well as opportunities for continuous training and professional development

Your skills

• Several years of experience in strategic procurement of product and service categories
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of strategies by product category as well as in conducting tenders
• Experience in negotiating complex contracts with suppliers; knowledge in contract management
• Good knowledge of SAP; proficiency in SAP MM and SAP Ariba is a plus
• You work in an analytical, structured, and autonomous manner
• You know how to handle figures, data, and facts with confidence and deduce coherent measures from them
• You communicate clearly, you have team spirit, and you establish relationships of trust with internal departments and suppliers
• Very good level of German and French (written and oral); sporadic travel within Switzerland
