Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our branch, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as a Senior Consultant who wants to advise with passion, inspire, and competently accompany our customers. In this role, you will actively help shape the entire consulting process, build sustainable relationships, and contribute significantly to the success of our branch.

Tasks

• You have completed commercial training or a corresponding degree.
• Several years of experience in consulting, recruiting, or sales distinguishes you - ideally in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills, a confident appearance, and analytical thinking are among your strengths
• You communicate confidently in German, and English as an additional language is a welcome plus
• Handling MS Office, CRM systems, and common social media platforms is second nature to you

• Consulting and support of customers on-site
• Carrying out analyses and developing suitable solutions
• Support of the recruiting process and accompanying candidates
• Mentoring and coaching of Junior Consultants
• Use of digital tools for customer and project management
