In a welcoming and stimulating environment, you accompany and support children aged 3 months to 4 years, while actively contributing to the continuous development of pedagogical quality. • Implementing the pedagogical concept on a daily basis with your team using learning stories (Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten) interests you? • You enjoy introducing children to nature and the forest with all their play and exploration riches? • You want to build a partnership relationship with parents and other resource persons by guiding them on the needs of children? • The development of a small team of 3 to 5 people and the quality of training are your strengths? • You enjoy bringing proposals and participating in municipal crèche events or in the field of early encouragement (themed evenings, conferences, etc.)? • You speak French, with good knowledge of German, and want to work daily in a bilingual environment? The profile we dream of ## • Diploma of childhood educator (ES) with experience It goes without saying that you have experience in team management, ideally validated by training, or that you want to follow one. The Municipal Crèche Service has six crèches of varying sizes, located in each district of Biel and benefiting from privileged spaces. We have developed our pedagogical concept with the support of the « Marie Meierhofer Institut für das Kind ».
