Your tasks
Shift responsibility in the absence of the store management as well as deputy
Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in our stores
Support in personnel planning, personnel management and store organization
Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation
Cashiering activities

Your profile
Professional experience in sales or a similar environment
Ideally completed vocational training in retail
Flexibility regarding working hours (MO-SA between 05:00-22:00 hours)
Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
High motivation, commitment and resilience
Good German skills in speaking and writing
