In order to support our development, we wish to strengthen our team and are looking for a :

FIDUCIARY MANDATE MANAGER 60% - 100% ###

Your missions :

Within a small team and in direct contact with our clients, you will notably be required to :

• ensure the bookkeeping and monitoring of accounts for companies in various sectors;
• participate in the preparation of annual closings and financial statements;
• prepare VAT returns;
• prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities;
• manage salaries, social security contributions and various administrative procedures related to personnel;
• participate in the preparation of periodic reporting;
• ensure the administrative follow-up and day-to-day management of your files;
• progressively support our clients in their various accounting, tax and administrative issues;
• depending on your experience and interests, participate in auditing, valuation, restructuring or business transmission mandates.

Your profile :

Ideally, you have:

• a recognized higher education, completed or in progress, in the field of accounting, finance or fiduciary (Federal Diploma, Bachelor, Federal Diploma of Chartered Accountant or Fiduciary Expert, or a title deemed equivalent);
• professional experience in a fiduciary or with a tax authority;
• excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for contact with clients;
• excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, VAT and payroll management;
• good command of IT tools and a real interest in new technologies;
• a good sense of organization and priorities;
• the ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
