You are the first point of contact for our customers, connecting their wishes with project requirements and ensuring that quality, costs, and expectations are in harmony. Buyer Consultant 80-100% Your tasks Comprehensive support for our buyers from notarization to handover of the property Coordination and consulting for individual expansion and modification requests Review of feasibility and coordination with our internal planners, construction managers, and external partners Development and tracking of additional/reduced costs including transparent communication to customers Ensuring a professional and positive customer experience throughout the entire process Organization and implementation of sampling, meetings, and handovers together with construction management Assumption of administrative tasks within the framework of buyer support What you bring Whether from real estate sales, construction management, planning, or interior design: What matters is your sense of building and real estate topics as well as your pleasure in accompanying customers not only competently but also exceeding their expectations.
