Your missions • Lead the resource, floating, and pool teams at the nursing department • Collaborate with all departmental nursing managers in the operational management of replacements • Forecast the management of absences and personnel resources of the nursing department • Participate in the organization of its sectors in collaboration with various partners • Participate in the analysis of the distribution of human resources of the nursing department • Collaborate in the analysis of the care load of the units in connection with resources Your profile • Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Authorization to practice a health profession in the canton of Neuchâtel • Minimum 3 years of professional experience • Experience in resource management, an asset • Certificate in local management or willingness to undergo training Your skills • Ability to lead, manage, and unite a team • Sense of responsibility, natural leadership • Interpersonal skills in communication and conflict management • Sense of priorities and ability to manage the unexpected • Knowledge in project management • Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration • Professional commitment, flexibility and good adaptability • Mobility Additional information • Place of work: Pourtalès sites, in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds • Start date: Immediately or to be agreed in an open-ended contract • Information: Madame Sandra Jeanneret, Director of Nursing, +41 79 559 52 75
