For the further expansion course, we are strengthening the dedicated assembly back-office team at the Neuhausen am Rheinfall location with immediate effect and are looking for a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented personality as: Assembly Coordinator & Scheduler (m/f/d). Assembly Coordinator & Scheduler (m/f/d). Your role You are the central contact person for a team of around 12 assemblers who are deployed on projects in Switzerland, in France, and the Benelux countries. Together with the experienced assembly HQ in Austria, you will take over the organization and coordination of the assembly assignments and ensure that the teams are reliably supported on the construction sites. In daily exchange with the assemblers, the assembly management, and the internal specialist departments, you ensure that transparent and up-to-date information on ongoing construction sites and projects is available at all times. Your three daily Ks – coordination, communication, and control – form the basis for a successful and economical assembly process. Your versatile tasks Assembly planning In direct coordination with the assembly management in Austria, you take over the organizational implementation of the assembly planning and ensure a structured and forward-looking deployment planning. Assembly and construction site coordination You coordinate the assembly assignments of your teams administratively and compile the required technical documentation. In doing so, you work closely with the assembly HQ in Austria as well as the areas of project management, construction, and calculation. Troubleshooting If something unexpected occurs on a construction site, you are the first point of contact for your assembly teams. You maintain an overview, coordinate the relevant internal and external bodies, and ensure quickly implementable solutions. Control & Support You support the assemblers in their daily deployment in maintaining the digital construction diary, ensure structured documentation of assembly quality, and coordinate relevant quality topics with the responsible specialist departments. Reporting With precise and up-to-date data from the assembly planning, you, together with the assembly management in Austria, create the basis for timely and economical decisions in technically demanding projects. Training organization For the demand-oriented further development of the assemblers, you act as a communication interface to the assembly management in Austria and coordinate targeted training for your assembly team. Internal project cooperation You support the ongoing expansion of the company and actively participate in the sustainable expansion of the organization with a particular focus on the markets of Switzerland and France. Your convincing profile Completed commercial training and enthusiasm for technical topics. 3–5 years of professional experience, for example in scheduling, assembly coordination, deployment planning, production planning, or a comparable environment. Very good MS-Office knowledge as well as a high IT affinity for further planning tools. Experience with applications such as Visual Planning is an advantage. Communication strength in German and ösisch. Further language skills, especially English, are a plus.
