We are looking for a Coordinator Center for General Practice and Community Care (60-70%) starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement. Areas of responsibility * Business control of ongoing projects and topics of the Zentrum für Hausarztmedizin und Community Care (ZHAM&CC) * Participation in strategic questions regarding the further development of the ZHAM&CC * Collaboration with partner institutions of the ZHAM&CC, networking in the health sector * Planning the use of available funds of the available cost centers, budget control * Participation and collaboration in ZHAM&CC co-leadership meetings * Organization and implementation of ZHAM&CC team meetings * Participation in the communication of ZHAM&CC projects * Participation in the solicitation of third-party funds and the writing of research proposals * Organization, coordination, creation of meeting agendas, room organization, minute-taking (co-leadership meetings, team meetings, and research meetings) * Administrative support for the professorships of the ZHAM&CC Requirements * Master's degree in health sciences, psychology, economics, or a similar field * Experience in project management or professional leadership of units * Experience in scientific activity * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Very good German and English skills * Independence and reliability * Careful working methods * High social competence and ability to work in a team We offer * Collaboration in a motivated team * Modern workplace near the train station, flexible working hours * Further training opportunities * Use of the Hochschulsport Campus Luzern The employment conditions correspond to the personnel law of the Kanton Luzern.
