Project information ###

• No sub-contracting possible, exclusively personnel leasing via Hays (Schweiz)

Tasks ###

• Support in the execution of an extensive hardware rollout with around 1-000 thin clients and 2-000 mobile devices
• Coordination, communication and planning of the operative rollout activities
• Client staging as well as configuration and preparation of the devices
• Installation and commissioning of the clients directly on-site
• Conducting short instructions for users or referral to existing training documents
• Structured return and processing of old devices
• Maintenance of the inventory as well as seamless documentation of the completed device changes
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults within the framework of the rollout
• Situation-appropriate escalation of more complex faults to the responsible specialist departments
• Independent organization and prioritization of the arising support and rollout tasks

Profile ###

• Professional experience in ICT support / client support, ideally at senior level
• Experience with computer, hardware or workplace rollouts
• Experience in the coordination and planning of rollout projects
• Good knowledge in client staging and in device configuration
• Experience with installation and commissioning of workstation devices
• Good knowledge in error analysis and in technical troubleshooting
• Structured and careful way of working, especially with inventory and documentation
• High level of independence and strong organizational skills
• Customer- and service-oriented communication with end users and internal specialist departments
• Reliable, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
