What awaits you Welcoming internal and external employees Directing and accompanying clients as needed Management of the telephone switchboard, emails and specific requests Offering excellent welcome and service Development and support of the event service Management of seminar rooms Administrative support for the general services department Billing support Management of mail, DHL and other carriers Maintenance of the storeroom (office supplies and material stock) Ensuring follow-up with suppliers and service providers Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm or from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm (alternating according to schedule) What you bring Coming from a degree-granting training in the field of hospitality or catering Benefiting from at least 3 years of experience in hospitality and/or corporate reception in an international context Very good knowledge of the Microsoft suite Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (minimum B2-C1 level mandatory) Strong customer orientation Excellent interpersonal skills and endowed with very good communication skills Very organized, capable of managing multiple priorities with great attention to detail Proactivity and flexibility Discretion and autonomy Ready for us?
