Our client, a recognized player in the luxury watchmaking industry located in the heart of the Neuchâtel mountains, has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future employees.

As part of the strengthening of its teams and in order to meet a long-term temporary need, we are currently looking for a: Automated machine operator in 3x8 shifts or VSD (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) shifts

You will join a company recognized for its watchmaking expertise, its managerial proximity, and the quality of its achievements. The working hours offer you a position of 4 working days per week (80%) when you are on 2x8 shifts and 100% during night shifts. Weekend shifts offer you 3 paid days equivalent to 5 working days.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuous supply and proper functioning of automated production lines.
• Supervise the various stages of automated control (air control, bottom blockage, and other technical operations).
• Interact with production equipment using dedicated computer interfaces.
• Identify, process, and validate non-conformities detected by the control systems.
• Perform first-level interventions in case of malfunction or jamming in order to guarantee production continuity.
• Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance operations on the equipment.
• Actively participate in the optimization of line performance and the continuous improvement of processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.

Automated machine operator

Your profile:

• CFC as an operator on automated lines (a strong asset).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the management and monitoring of automated production lines or CNC machines.
• Good mastery of industrial IT tools.
• Experience in watchmaking or microtechnology (an asset).
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
• Ability to analyze situations and propose concrete solutions.
• Residence in Switzerland mandatory.
• Open to 3x8 or VSD shifts.
• Must have a vehicle.
