Junior Business Information Scientist (bilingual)

We are specifically looking for a person in German-speaking Switzerland for Abacus Research AG who can also competently support French-speaking customers.

Your challenge

• Tech-savvy and willing to learn, you will handle complex inquiries from customers and sales partners regarding Abacus applications (order processing, production planning & control system as well as CRM) in German and French in 2nd and 3rd-level support
• Independently, you will take over manual and automated software testing as well as quality assurance of all Abacus modules
• You will conduct customer training in Wittenbach and the other Abacus locations in German and French
• You will document applications and processes for internal and external purposes
• You will continuously develop yourself and become an Abacus professional

Your qualities and talents

• Commercial basic training (apprenticeship, WMS, IMS, HMS etc.) – BMS is an advantage
• Negotiation skills in German and French
• IT affinity and interest in business processes
• Initial experience in industrial companies and touchpoints with various departments desirable
• Ideally corresponding further education (HF, FH, university) in (Business) Informatics or similar
• Communication talent, openness, and a hands-on mentality
