Reference: CLS/RH/2026.782 / Contract type: Indefinite Duration Contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday according to several shifts from 7:00 at the earliest and 19:00 at the latest + night shifts 19:00-7:00 + weekend on-call from 7:00 to 19:00 / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

To strengthen our team in the operating block, we are looking for a Specialized Operating Room Technical Assistant to contribute to patient safety and the smooth running of interventions.

What will you be required to do?

• Participate in the reception, comfort, installation, and safety of patients within the operating rooms
• Participate in the application of hygiene and asepsis rules during pre-, peri-, and postoperative periods
• Collaborate in the conduct of surgical or interventional medical procedures as a circulator
• Handle surgical and radiological devices as part of the conduct of surgical interventions

Essentials:

• Holder of a Specialized Operating Room Technical Assistant (ATSSO) Certificate
• Demonstrate successful experience in the operating block
• Rigorously master the rules of asepsis, hygiene, and safety in the operating room
• Collaborate effectively with the entire block team (surgeons, anesthesiologists, instrument technicians, block assistants)
• Communicate clearly, in a structured manner, and adapted to the operative context
• Demonstrate composure and reliability in critical situations
• Assume your responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality
• Integrate quickly into a team thanks to a great capacity for adaptation
