Your challenge

• You ensure the stable and secure operation of modern ICT infrastructure services in the areas of virtualization, network, storage, backup, and firewall.
• As a competent contact point in 2nd Level Support, you analyze and resolve malfunctions efficiently and in a targeted manner.
• You identify optimization potential in existing processes and implement smart automation solutions.
• You make your knowledge accessible to the team: through precise documentation and comprehensible processes.
• In varied projects, you actively participate and take the lead yourself on smaller undertakings.
• Through your willingness to perform on-call duty, you ensure operational and failure security even outside of office hours.

Your qualities and talents

• A completed training as Informatiker*in EFZ with specialization in system technology or a higher professional education in the technical field.
• Several years of experience (+ 5 years) in the operation of complex IT infrastructures.
• Know-how and ideally certification experience regarding ISO 27001 or VDSZ.
• Agile mindset and knowledge in methods such as Scrum, SAFe, or DevOps.
• You speak fluent German and have solid English skills in a technical context.
• Driver's license category B – if you are also needed outside the house sometimes.
