You further develop your own organizational unit (personnel, professional and cultural, economic) along the strategy and the goals. You are responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and event management. You create framework conditions, clarify responsibilities, and ensure scope for action for a trusting cooperation. You guarantee proactive personnel and duty planning. You participate actively in projects, the further development of processes, as well as work equipment. You represent the company in internal and external specialist committees as well as projects. Your profile You have completed training as a Train Driver Cat. B. You have further education at tertiary level: FH, Uni or equivalent (e.g., Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) or MAS in a second subject). You bring many years of industry experience and several years of leadership experience. You communicate confidently, clearly, and empathically – both orally and in writing.
