Re-run Setters
For our client, an industrial company based in Delémont and specializing in the manufacture of high-precision components, we are looking for several:
RE-RUN SETTERS M/F
Day Shift - 2x8 - Night - VSD
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensure the setting, setup, and monitoring of re-run machines according to the manufacturing ranges.
Perform series changes and the adjustments necessary to respect tolerances.
Perform dimensional controls during production and proceed with required corrections.
Guarantee the quality and conformity of the produced parts throughout the series.
Ensure first-level maintenance and routine maintenance of equipment.
Document production and ensure lot traceability.
Collaborate with the quality, methods, and maintenance departments for continuous process improvement.
Profile:
CFC in polymechanic, micromachinist, production mechanic or training deemed equivalent.
Confirmed experience in setting re-run machines in an industrial environment
Mastery of reading technical drawings and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
Sense of rigor, meticulousness, and good ability to work independently.
Availability for shift work = 2x8 - Night - VSD
Mastery of French
