What awaits you ###

• You ensure the agreed cleaning services and coordinate as well as lead the employees in your area of responsibility
• You establish the planning of interventions and leaves for your team
• You are responsible for the recording and control of the interventions carried out
• You perform quality controls and support during audits as well as their preparation
• You coordinate material management, including inventory management, as well as the coordination of maintenance and repairs
• You assist the facility manager in administrative and operational tasks
• You actively contribute to an efficient organization and a smooth running of daily processes

What you bring ###

• You have completed vocational training and experience in maintenance cleaning as well as management experience in a comparable position
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You are proficient in MS Office programs and digital work tools
• You distinguish yourself by a flexible, autonomous, and responsible way of working
• You possess a pronounced organizational talent, work in a structured and systematic manner, and convince with your ability to persuade
• You are customer-oriented, service-conscious, and maintain a professional relationship with customers and employees
• You are ready to work flexible hours and to be regularly present at the supervised sites
• You possess a valid category B driver's license
• You have a clean criminal record (extract from the criminal record and the debt enforcement register)
