October 2026 or by arrangement Tasks You are responsible for coordinative, organizational, and administrative work in connection with written academic achievements in the BSc programme Physiotherapy, in consultation with the module leaders You undertake the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of digital examinations in cooperation with the module leaders You ensure grade management and take into account promotion-relevant aspects You maintain processes and tools in connection with the examination system You communicate and inform regarding the examination system, taking the various stakeholder groups into account Profile For this demanding activity, we expect from you a commercial education or similar. In addition, you bring the following experience or interests: Strong planning competencies and a structured, precise way of working Very good MS-Office application skills, especially Excel Joy and experience in dealing with digital tools (e.g., Moodle) Interest in the application of AI in work processes Very good written language skills in German Affinity for mathematics You are characterized by a precise, quality-conscious, and independent way of working and maintain an overview even in hectic times.
