Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a technical concierge, you ensure the perfect condition of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times. ### What awaits you * Independently execute building inspection tasks * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities * Handle various requests and small repairs * Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets * Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies * Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors * Perform administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.) * Manage small repair projects * Independently carry out assigned tasks in compliance with existing standards, directives and processes * Control the subcontractor process * Inform the supervisor of any anomaly * Ticketing follow-up and processing ### What you bring * Holder of a CFC in facility management or an equivalent title * Proven experience in a similar position * Good administrative and technical management skills for small construction sites * Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum C1 level) * Knowledge of English is an asset * Good knowledge of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Professional, discreet and respectful personality * Service orientation and ease in contact * Autonomous and organized ### Ready for us?
