Tasks

• Management and coordination of daily workflows in the plastering department
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Supporting the team in the execution of plastering work
• Monitoring and controlling material stocks and orders
• Communication with other departments to optimize work processes

Profile

• Completed training in the construction industry or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in plastering or a similar area
• Leadership qualities and experience in team leadership
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
