HR Officer with Responsibility for Apprenticeship Affairs (m/w/d)

Your tasks • Participate in the entire HR process from entry to exit • Accompany line managers in recruitment • Create employment contracts and employment references • Take care of apprenticeship affairs • Act as a contact person for HR topics for superiors and employees • Take care of working time and absence management • Process statistics, lists and key figures • Organize gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Your profile • Commercial basic training, further training as a personnel assistant or HR specialist certificate • Completed further training as a vocational trainer • Several years of professional experience in HR and apprenticeship supervision are a must • Good MS-Office skills • Reliable, discreet, flexible, independent and team-oriented doer personality • German: stylistically secure / English & French: advantageous Your perspectives You can expect a responsible activity with a high degree of independence.
