yellowshark AG is looking for a committed Head of Financial Accounting for a client, who will independently manage the finances of several companies and regional associations. In this central position, you will take over the complete financial accounting, prepare financial statements, and continuously develop internal processes. The company offers short decision-making paths, a lot of creative freedom, and the opportunity to actively help shape a finance function with high impact.

Your task ##

• Management of the financial accounting for several affiliated organizations
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to accounting standards
• Responsibility for budget, forecast, and ongoing liquidity planning
• Coordination of tax returns and cooperation with the auditing body
• Leading one employee and further developing accounting processes

Your profile ##

• Several years of experience in financial accounting and general ledger accounting required
• Federal diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting desired
• Knowledge of financial statements, VAT, and payroll accounting necessary
• Precise and independent way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills, French as an additional advantage
