You support our project managers, keep an overview and ensure that complex transport projects become perfectly organized operations. What awaits you • You support our project managers in planning and organizing exciting heavy logistics projects • You create offers, order confirmations and other project documents • You assist the project management in creating and updating CAD drawings and technical documents • You coordinate appointments and are the central point of contact between clients, project management and planning • You accompany orders administratively from inquiry to invoicing • You maintain project and customer data and ensure that everything is in the right place • You are the contact person for our clients and support the team in daily tasks What you bring • Commercial training or basic technical training with additional commercial training • Experience in creating CAD drawings as well as safe mastery of a common CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) or the willingness to acquire these skills • Taste for organization and coordination • Autonomous, structured and reliable way of working • Customer-oriented thinking and practical mentality • Good computer skills as well as pleasure in using digital tools • Experience in transport, logistics or the construction industry is an advantage - but not obligatory • French and/or English are an advantage What you can look forward to • Exciting projects where no two days are the same • A family-like team that stays together and supports each other • A lot of autonomy and short decision-making paths • In-depth training and development opportunities • Modern working tools as well as progressive employment conditions and attractive social benefits Ready to move mountains? ## Then we look forward to getting to know you.
