The PHBern awards around 800 teaching diplomas per year and is therefore one of the large Pedagogical Universities of Switzerland. Equally significant is its commitment to continuing education and services for teachers and school administrators, as well as its profession-related research, development, and evaluation.

The Netzwerk Digitale Transformation brings together work areas that play a role in the digital transformation of the PHBern. The goal of the Netzwerk Digitale Transformation is the implementation of the strategic specifications of the PHBern and its vision in the field of digital change.

The ICT-Support team is the first point of contact for all IT questions, supports employees with questions and problems regarding IT, and is responsible for the workstations provided by the PHBern.

Your tasks

• 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and applications
• 1st and 2nd level support for the Learning Management System (ILIAS) as well as the SWITCH services (SWITCHportfolio, SWITCHdrive, SWITCHtube etc.)
• Installation and maintenance of workstation systems, peripheral devices, and communication tools, as well as their software and interfaces
• Creating instructions (Confluence)
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Completed IT training (EFZ; Informatiker*in TS/FS or eidg. ICT-Fachausweis)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge in PowerShell
• Professional experience in a higher education environment is an advantage
• High service awareness
