Together with us, you will shape the future of two important locations: Working together with the overall project manager, you will advance Dreispitz Nord and the revitalization of Claramarkt. The two projects comprise an investment volume in the triple-digit million range and are to be realized within eight years. What you drive * In close coordination with the overall project manager, you manage two large construction projects with an investment volume in the triple-digit million range. In doing so, you share responsibility for the budget and keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality * You shape your area of responsibility independently, make decisions within the framework of your competencies and proactively drive your topics forward * You manage your projects from the first feasibility study through planning and approval to realization and handover * You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth cooperation with specialist departments, authorities, planners and contractors * You are responsible for tenders, contract negotiations and the choice of the appropriate procurement model * You recognize risks early, initiate the right measures and ensure transparent decision-making bases and reports What you bring * Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) * Specialization: Civil engineer, architect or equivalent training or further education in the construction sector * Professional experience: Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager in client representation, ideally with an institutional client or a real estate company * You have managed large, complex construction projects across several SIA phases and are familiar with investment volumes in the triple-digit million range * You know the Swiss construction standards and have solid knowledge of works contract, planner and construction law * You are experienced in dealing with approval processes and authorities at the municipal and cantonal level * You work confidently with MS Project as well as common cost and tendering tools * You convince with negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of costs and deadlines * You manage several projects in different phases in parallel and set clear priorities * German (B2) * French (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you * Modern infrastructure: Inviting and functional office world, modern IT infrastructure * Occupational pension scheme: Pension fund with above-average benefit EE-share, ER-share 17% * Cumulus points: Additional Cumulus points for employees Only online applications via the application portal will be considered.
