Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80% - 100%

Your main tasks are:

• Independent management of your own mandate portfolio of SMEs and private individuals
• Maintaining accounts as well as preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Responsibility for our payroll mandates (around 30% of the workload): payroll processing, social insurances, withholding tax, wage statements
• Oral and written contact with customers, authorities and social insurance institutions
• Personal contact person for your clientele
• Additionally, many other varied tasks await you
• Optional: Taking over the training responsibility for apprentices

You possess:

• Completed KV apprenticeship, ideally in the field of fiduciary
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary industry
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary and Advisory Services (formerly Fiduciary with Federal Diploma) or a comparable further education is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of payroll administration and social insurances
• Confident expression in German (written and spoken). Good English skills desirable. Further language skills are an advantage.
• Good IT user knowledge of the common MS Office suite
• Experience with Abacus, Bexio and Dr. Tax is an advantage, knowledge of M-Files is a plus
• Strong social competence, sense of responsibility, team spirit, organizational talent and an exact, independent way of working
