As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.

At Trianon SA, we offer several young talents as well as people in professional retraining the opportunity to discover and learn a passionate profession within our teams based in Nyon (VD), who will be led to join the Paudex site at the beginning of 2027.
Thanks to on-the-job training and the support of our specialists, you will develop the necessary skills to evolve in the universe of occupational benefit.
Missions
Support the team in the daily administrative management of the files of the insured persons of a pension fund
Respond to the various requests from clients by email or by telephone
Collaborate closely with a team of specialists who accompanies you in your daily activities
Participate in the updating and the control of the data of the insured persons in the internal systems
Your profile
HEG/HEC training or CFC/commercial maturity
A first professional experience in the administrative field
Comfortable with numbers and contact with customers
Mastery of IT tools and digital collaboration
Curious, dynamic personality endowed with a spirit of initiative
Pragmatic approach to work and a pronounced taste for teamwork
Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of German (B2) and/or English (B2)
