CHANTIER NAVAL BAILLY - MORGES
A key player on Lake Geneva, the Bailly shipyard in Morges offers a wide range of services: work on wood and composites, mechanics, electronics, painting, wintering as well as complete boat maintenance.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate person to participate in our varied and stimulating projects.
YOUR MISSIONS

• Prepare boats for the season (antifouling, polish and other preparation work)
• Prepare boats for wintering (winterizing water systems and batteries, washing and tarping)
• Participate in mast stepping and unstepping operations
• Participate in the preparation of new boats
• Perform boat repairs (work on wood and composite)
• Carry out maintenance and servicing of engines and onboard equipment (mechanics, electricity, electronics)
• Handling of boats using lifting and transport equipment
• Perform maintenance of the shipyard's infrastructure and equipment
• Participate in launching, hauling out, and wintering

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as Boat Agent, Maintenance Agent or naval builder (an asset)
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity and electronics
• Autonomy, versatility and sense of responsibility
• Motivated, energetic and flexible, with a capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Good physical condition and comfortable with outdoor work
• Proficiency in French; English is an advantage
• Licenses: automobile, trailer (cat. BE), forklift and motorboat (a plus)
