Your main tasks

• Planning, coordination, recording and confirmation of outpatient appointments for patients.
• Administrative preparation of consultations
• Telephone and written contact with patients, referring doctors, hospitals and internal departments of the USZ
• Close cooperation with the clinic manager, doctors, nursing and other interdisciplinary and external services
• Responsibility and supervision of an HMS intern (KV)

What you bring with you

• Commercial or equivalent basic training, ideally with professional experience in the medical field
• Training as a vocational trainer or the willingness to complete the course internally
• Reliable, discreet and team-oriented personality as well as a friendly and courteous appearance
• Strong organizational talent and high resilience
• Very good knowledge of common MS-Office products as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with the clinic-specific software (KISIM).
• Proficient German in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
