For the support and development of our key accounts as well as for the acquisition of new key customers, we are looking for an initiative, strong-acquisition, and independent personality.

Key Account Manager 100% (m/f/d)

The following activities are part of your core tasks:

• You personally support existing customers as well as associations and develop, implement, and monitor targeted sales plans.
• You analyze the market potential in your region, undertake active new customer acquisition, and strategically further develop existing key accounts.
• You build long-term, trusting customer relationships and continuously expand them.
• You are responsible for achieving the defined growth and company goals in your area.
• You represent the company in regional associations and networks.
• You plan, organize, and implement regional events, trade fairs, and exhibitions in close coordination with internal interfaces.

Your profile:

• You have sound experience in direct sales as well as in the support of key accounts and bring several years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager.
• You have training or comprehensive knowledge in building cleaning, healthcare, or the public sector environment.
• You possess business administration further education or a higher education (HF/FH) and/or a qualification in Key Account Management.
• You act entrepreneurially, enjoy analyzing data, and make sound, data-driven decisions.
• You convince as a negotiation professional with pronounced tact and healthy assertiveness.
• You are a committed team player and solution-oriented doer who successfully manages projects and actively promotes cross-departmental cooperation.
• You are proficient in using digital tools, especially the MS Office suite; SAP-CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• You communicate openly, clearly, and appropriately to the target group. German is your mother tongue, and you also have good French skills.
