General Accountant - Vevey/Montreux Area

For a SME solidly established locally, we are looking for a General Accountant.

For a SME solidly established locally, we are looking for a General Accountant.

Reporting to the chief accountant and integrated within a human-sized team, you will notably have the responsibility of :

-Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) as well as bank reconciliations
-Ensuring the monitoring of bank accounts and cash flows
-Actively participating in monthly and annual closings
-Preparing VAT returns
-Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
-Taking charge of various accounting and administrative tasks according to the needs of the department

We are looking for a person with :

• CFC commercial employee / Federal diploma strongly appreciated
• 3/5 years minimum experience in general accounting
• Good language level in French and English or German
