Das Rote Kreuz Baselland is committed to supporting people in need through diverse services. Around 130 employees and more than 500 volunteers help in emergency situations, engage in further education, health promotion, and the integration of the population in Baselbiet. In the Unterstützung zu Hause department, we offer, among other things, care and support for elderly, sick, and people with a disability. We provide our services at people's homes or in institutions. Healthcare Specialist FaGe EFZ in night shift workload 40-80 % For our night watch team in a residential home for people with disabilities, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks You care for the residents during the night. You ensure a safe environment. You carry out medical prescriptions and therapies and are responsible for prophylactic measures. You are the contact person for the team's nursing assistants, instruct them, and accompany them. You maintain the client documentation Your profile You have completed training as FaGe EFZ and have already gained experience as a night watch. You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility. You enjoy working with people with disabilities and interact with them empathetically and respectfully.
