Using technical documentation and SAP ERP, you will determine the required material. Efficiently and service-oriented, you will record spare part and retrofit offers and, if necessary, follow up with customers. You will process orders and organize shipping and export documents. You will control optimal logistics and ensure that delivery deadlines and foreign trade regulations are reliably met. Absolutely independently, you will take over various cases from quote creation to invoicing, including dunning. You will carefully and solution-oriented process customer complaints and create necessary returns and credits. You will support our Customer Care Consultants in the sale of retrofits. Your qualifications A technical basic training with commercial experience or a commercial training with high technical affinity forms the basis for this task.
