Management Trainee, Fricktal/Würenlingen Region

Tasks

You will complete an individual trainee program and participate in specialist and leadership training, with the goal of taking on the function as a Managing Director.
During this time, you will actively participate in all rayons of the point of sale. You will learn how our employees can be promoted and developed and inspire our demanding customers with your courteous and competent advice. You will also learn how to ensure optimal goods management and an attractive store appearance.
The personnel deployment planning including cost control as well as branch administration are also among your daily tasks.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in retail or corresponding professional experience in the sales area
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance
• High level of commitment and resilience as well as affinity for systems
• Ambition, willpower and the readiness to commit yourself to our common goals
• Flexibility regarding working hours
