Sales Administrator Inside Sales m/f/d 100%

We are looking for a committed personality for inside sales to look after our customers and handle order processing. With your technical understanding and your service orientation, you will ensure a smooth process and maintain long-term customer relationships. Tasks

• Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships in close cooperation with the sales team
• Central contact point for all customer inquiries and co-responsibility for timely and qualitative processing
• Advice and support for customers via telephone and email in German and Italian
• Responsible for the complete processing of offers and orders, from entry to delivery and invoicing
• Interface between customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and high service quality
• Maintenance and entry of master customer data to ensure an up-to-date and precise database

Profile

• Completed training in the automotive, wood, or metal sector as well as commercial further education
• Very good language skills in German (incl. Swiss German) and Italian, French skills are an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension
• High service and customer orientation, with strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Confident handling of MS Office, initial SAP experience is an advantage
• Committed personality with a structured and responsible way of working
