What you make move
Within a specialized team, you ensure the monitoring of the execution of collective employment agreements (CCT) as well as the functioning of the joint institutions related to the concerned branches. You contribute to the defense of the collective interests of employees and employers in compliance with contractual and legal provisions.
Ensure the monitoring and application of collective employment agreements.
Participate in the administrative and operational management of the joint institutions.
Prepare the meetings of the joint commissions and ensure the follow-up of decisions taken.
Analyze complex files and formulate recommendations.
Write letters, reports, position papers, regulations, and legal or administrative documents.
Ensure the monitoring of statutory and legal requirements as well as the directives of our organization.
Represent the organization before commissions, partners, and concerned bodies.

Higher education
Solid legal knowledge and excellent analytical skills.
Experience in project management.
Good accounting knowledge and ease with the financial monitoring of funds.
Excellent writing skills.
Ease in public speaking and the ability to defend the positions of the organization.
Very good organizational and administrative management skills.
High sense of integrity, discretion, and responsibility.
