Ensure the global care of patient·es in ambulatory surgery and medicine, in the pre- and postoperative phases Perform clinical assessments, ensure continuous monitoring, and adapt care according to the evolution of the patient·es' condition Administer and monitor prescribed treatments, including complex infusions Prepare, accompany, and monitor patient·es for interventional radiology procedures Apply nursing care specific to the service while anticipating and preventing potential complications related to treatments and interventions Ensure kind communication and personalized support to patient·es and their relatives throughout the care journey Collaborate closely with doctors and interdisciplinary teams to guarantee coordinated and secure care Ensure the rigorous transmission of information and complete traceability of care in patient files Supervise and accompany nursing students in their clinical learning and professional development Who will you be working with? In the Clinique de jour, our team includes 10 nurse·s and 1 aide\-soignant·e in endoscopy and ambulatory service. It is a supportive, versatile, always smiling, and dynamic team. The essentials: HES nursing degree or title recognized by the Croix\-Rouge suisse Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a hospital setting Rigorous mastery of safety, hygiene, and asepsis rules Interpersonal ease and real aptitude to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team Your assets: Experience in an ambulatory setting, ideally in day surgery Versatility and ability to evolve in a technical and dynamic environment Excellent capacity for adaptation and rapid integration within a committed team Why choose La Clinique de La Source?
