This is what you can achieve: • Interdisciplinary product development (mechanics, electronics, physics, chemistry) at the interface to product management and production. • Contributing creative design ideas for simple, cost-effective, and reliable solutions • Responsibility for the mechanical-constructional part of the product from the idea to series maturity (including setup and testing of functional models and prototypes) • Carrying out and evaluating technical calculations (e.g. tolerance calculations) • Creating technical documents during the development process in accordance with internal guidelines and processes • Close cooperation both in the project team and with external suppliers and cooperation partners This is what you bring: • Completed degree in mechanical engineering (FH/Uni) • Solid CAD knowledge (preferably Creo Parametric) • Fluent German and good English skills • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Curious and helpful personality who enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams • Knowledge of the ISO GPS standard system is desirable Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at jobs.hamilton.ch.
