Your tasks

• Care with heart and competence - you bring your passion to daily care and ensure individualized, appreciative basic care for our residents.
• Individual care - you respond to personal needs and work hand in hand with a motivated, collegial team.
• Focus on safety and hygiene - you ensure compliance with all relevant safety and hygiene standards at all times to create a protected environment.
• Careful nursing documentation - you make all necessary entries in a structured, precise, and responsible manner to ensure seamless and transparent care.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or as an Assistant in Health and Social Affairs.
• You respond to the needs of our residents with love and competence.
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute with high social competence across departments.
• You are an initiative, committed, and trustworthy personality.
• You have good oral and written German skills (at least level B1).
