Project Manager Architecture

Tasks:
You coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary planning team and achieve the specified milestones with them in cooperation with the client. Responsibly and independently, you lead our diverse construction projects in all SIA sub-phases from the feasibility study to the handover to the client. This is done in compliance with budget, deadlines, and quality.

What you bring with you:
-Completed studies in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
-At least six years of experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager, especially in execution planning and realization in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
-Project management skills and integration abilities
-Empathy, assertiveness, communication, and organizational strength
-Team player with high initiative, reliability, and accuracy, as well as a creative and forward-looking mindset
-Confident handling of common CAD and tendering programs (ArchiCAD, Messerli)
-Great interest and intuition for architecture
-Very good German skills in spoken and written form
