Polymechaniker EFZ - Focus on Décolletage

For our client, in the field of precision engineering, we are looking for an experienced and bilingual Polymechaniker EFZ with a specialization in the field of décolletage and long turning, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks: • Setting up and operating modern CNC long-turning automatic machines (décolletage) for demanding series and prototype production. • Programming, optimizing, and monitoring production processes directly at the machine as well as via CAM systems. • Ensuring the quality and dimensional accuracy of the produced precision parts using state-of-the-art measuring tools (self-inspection). • Troubleshooting malfunctions as well as performing maintenance and repair work on the systems. • Active participation in process optimization and close cooperation with the production management (also cross-functionally in the bilingual team). Qualifications Your profile: • Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ • Several years of profound professional experience in the field of décolletage / CNC long turning • You speak fluent German and French (bilingual) and can communicate easily in both languages in everyday technical life as well as within the team. • High quality awareness, exact and independent way of working, as well as strong teamwork skills.
