You will care for patients at a high nursing level and actively participate in the professional and organizational further development of the ward. YOUR AREA OF IMPACT • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician with the support of our healthcare assistants • Recognition and mastery of emergency situations and initiation of adequate measures until the physician arrives • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Conducting internal department evaluations as well as specialist short training sessions <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Completed training as a dipl. nurse or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas <br /> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br /> • Professional experience in an acute care hospital required <br /> OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE <br /> • Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent • Good German language skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate) • Good IT user knowledge • High social competence as well as strong empathy • Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated inter- and multiprofessional team awaits you.
